A suspenders surprise for commuters on Oxford St, that went beyond the sunny weather as Marks and Spencer launched their Jubilee lingerie collection in honour of the Queen’s six decades on the throne.

The store launched a collection of Jubilee lingerie, vintage-inspired pieces, modelled by Veronica, Jocette Coote, Madeline, Annie and Genavieve outside the M&S store on London’s Oxford St and proved to be the very embodiment of Fifties glamour.

The design team revisited the fashions of the monarch’s Coronation year for inspiration, before giving the old-fashioned underwear a modern-day makeover in silk, satin, lace and mesh.

I was happy to be one of the models involved you’ll find me second from the left.
